The Edmond Association of Classroom Teachers represents all teachers, members and non-members alike, in yearly negotiations between the teachers of Edmond Public Schools and its Board of Education. The primary reason why Edmond Public Schools pays significantly higher salaries is due to the positive, yet assertive, relationship with the School Board and its administration.

Negotiations

Each year, The Edmond Association of Classroom Teachers works to improve working conditions and increase compensation for teachers through interest-based bargaining with district administration.

Contracts

The Edmond Association of Classroom Teachers ensures the district complies with teacher contracts and the negotiated agreement by working with district administrators to resolve member and site-based issues as they arise throughout the year.
